The 2016 art tour was very successful for me - lots of visitors and sales. 2017 will be the 10th anniversary of our tour !
This year I decided to enter this piece in the ART in the COUNTY juried show and it was accepted. But what thrilled me even more , was, that it was sold to a German diplomat who was vacationing in Canada. By now my painting is hanging in someone's home in Germany ! Of course
I had a lot of visitors again this year on the Rednersville Road Art Tour on the Labour Day Weekend as you can see in the photos. But, not only did I have a lot of visitors but also a lot of buyers! My guest artist, Brad Phillips also did well with his beautiful pottery.

The Rednersville Road Art Tour on the Labour Day Weekend proved to be another successful event. On Saturday, Aug.31, I counted 134 visitors and others , along the road, had even more visitors. Yesterday, July7th, I set up a display at the Picton Artisan Market to promote the Rednersville Road Art Tour. From the beginning of July to the end of October , one of the RRAT participants will be there from 9:30 to 2:30 in the afternoon. It's located in the parking lot right besides the Picton
On May 14th , a few RRAT artists set up a table at the Tourist Attraction Season Launch at Books & Co. in Picton to promote the Rednersville Road Art Tour on the Labour Day weekend. Although this will be our 6th year, we were surprised to hear how many people had not visited

I am not really into landscapes but now that I have been introduced to oils, I had to at least try one landscape painting. I think it turned out nicely , but it's time to move onto something new.
